Our hard money and private money loans can close in as little as 5–7 business days from receiving a complete file. Rush closings in 3–4 days are possible for straightforward deals. DSCR and multifamily loans typically close in 14–21 days.
Our private money program funds 100% of the purchase price AND 100% of the estimated repair costs — meaning qualified investors put zero of their own cash into the deal. This is based on ARV (After Repair Value) and requires the deal to have sufficient equity. Not all deals qualify, but we work hard to structure them creatively.
